Questions

Is Kerblist free?

Yes. Kerblist is free to use, with no account.

Which sites does it work on?

Rightmove, Zoopla and OnTheMarket, in Chrome or Microsoft Edge on a computer.

Is Kerblist part of Rightmove, Zoopla or OnTheMarket?

No. Kerblist is an independent extension that works on those sites. It isn’t made, endorsed or sponsored by Rightmove, Zoopla, OnTheMarket or HM Land Registry.

Where do the sold prices come from?

HM Land Registry’s Price Paid Data, which records every home sold in England and Wales since 1995. Older prices are adjusted with the UK House Price Index for the local area and type of home. Land Registry doesn’t record size or bedrooms, so Kerblist compares the same type of home on the same postcode or street.

Does it work in Scotland and Northern Ireland?

Saving, notes and price tracking work everywhere on the three sites. Sold prices cover England and Wales only.

What happens to my list if I uninstall?

Your browser deletes it, because it’s only stored on your computer. Export a CSV first if you want to keep it.

Is my data private?

Your shortlist, notes and price history stay on your computer. There’s no account and no tracking. Read the privacy policy for exactly what Kerblist sends to HM Land Registry to look up sold prices.

How do I get in touch?

Email [email protected]. Bug reports and ideas are very welcome.
